Shipping Policy

We require a flat shipping rate of $5 for all orders shipped in the US.  

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after order is processed. Orders may be tracked at https://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery time for all orders in the US. Please keep in mind that USPS delivery times may be delayed during holiday seasons, and when COVID19 restrictions have their effects.

We are not responsible for the condition of packages after they are shipped and no longer in the physical possession of Midnite Toyz. We are not responsible for any damages that may be caused to packages by shipping, handling, natural elements, or theft after the order is no longer in the physical possession of Midnite Toyz.

Orders that are not deliverable by USPS will be cancelled and refunded as soon as possible.
